Bye bye China!

It's been almost 3 months and still can't believe it went so fast!
I'm about to leave China with some mixed feeling! Suzhou was nice and the Hotel also was nice, 3 months there though were a bit too much! But Shanghai was just WOW I hope maybe in the future ill get the chance to go there again and maybe even work there for a while!

Bye bye China, I will miss yo

Trip to the capital!

So we finally get to have 5 days off in a row so we decided to go to Beijing even though they suggested us not to go there during that period (1st of May) since its probably the busiest time on the year to visit the capital, but of course we went anyway...

Finally Shanghai, what a city....

Thats it, we finally got to visit Shanghai. This place is crazy, there are no words to describe it, so I'm just gonna put the pictures here and let you enjoy them!

Plating in China

Mainly our job consisted in preparing dinner Buffet in the western cuisine in the restaurant but sometimes we would help the head chef plating the Chinese a la carte food!

Here are some example, all the dishes are mostly fish and shellfish.

Day off in Suzhou!!

On our first day off we ended up wondering around the city...

Suzhou is a really nice city, very old, full of canals and old building but with a nice modern twist!

My first proper chinese dinner

After a 10h trip we finally get to Shanghai where a car sent by the school came to pick us up. After couple of hours spent at the school we finally start our way to the Hotel.

Once we get there, after showing us a bit around, we finally go for a our proper meal in almost a day now.

After a couple of beers, thats what happened...
